Max Rep Strict Pullups (Make sure full lockout at the bottom!)
Max Rep Handstand Pushups
*Rest 90 sec between rounds
(Mods: Pullups - None, HSPU - mat(s) underneath head for elevated depth; handstand hold for max time)

Post Results for each round to Comments
(Example: Strict Pullups: 10,7,7,5,5,5,3 HSPU: 15,10,10,10,7,7,1)
